Siying is a Ph.D. student in Statistics at Stony Brook University. She graduated with Bachelor's degrees in Physics and Economics from Nankai University in China in 2014, and she completed a Master’s degree in Economics at Indiana University in 2016.  She has been a TA since she was at Indiana, and now she is doing this at Department of Applied Math and Statistics, Stony Brook University. She hopes to contribute in the education field by dealing with data using statistical methods.
